VAT Skyline: History

On November 16th 2012, the Virtual Aerobatic Display team Skyline (VAT Skyline) began their journey through the virtual aerobatic community.

By July 6th 2013, the pilots of VAT Skyline flew their debut performance at the VAT Berkuts 5th anniversary display.
Later in 2013, the team would fly their first international show in December at the Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams (VFAT).

In 2014, VAT Skyline performed at events such as Virtual United Air Festival (VUAF) and Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams (VFAT).

Between 2015 and 2016, VAT Skyline Performed at eleven different shows, including the community favourites such as VFAT.

During 2015 and 2016, the pilots and their staff attended over eleven different virtual displays, one of their busiest seasons to date.

Later in 2017, the VAT Skyline team expanded to an astonishing 20 active members, displaying this achievement at VUAF and VFAT that same year.

As the team had expended and their group expanded further, the Virtual Aerobatic Team Skyline achieved their first hardware support or sponsor VKB-Sim.
With this agreement, the team have direct relations with the group and are supported directly with hardware and first-hand support.
